You don't need a "discovery call" to learn what something costs. The price is the price.
No bait and switch
If we quote €900/day, that's what you pay. No "oh actually there's also…" surprises.
No negotiation games
We don't inflate prices so you can "negotiate" them down. Published price is the real price.
No enterprise tax
Big company or small workshop — same price. We don't charge more because you can afford it.

Pricing FAQ
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or startups?
No. The published price is the price. We don't do "special pricing" based on who you are or how you ask.
Can I negotiate?
No. These are fixed prices, not starting points for negotiation. If you want lower prices, wait for us to lower them (we might). If you want higher-touch service, we can talk about Enterprise or custom engagements.
Do you offer payment plans?
For products (WorkshopOS), you pay monthly or annually. For services (Oracle, Development), standard payment terms are 50% upfront, 50% on completion for fixed-scope work. For day-rate work, we invoice weekly.
What currency do you accept?
Prices are in Euros. We accept EUR wire transfers and major credit cards (via Stripe). For non-EUR clients, your bank will handle conversion at current rates.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. What you see is what you pay. The only exception: if you're engaging us for on-site work, travel expenses are billed separately at cost (flights, hotels). This is disclosed upfront.
Do prices include tax/VAT?
Prices are exclusive of VAT. EU businesses with valid VAT numbers: reverse charge applies. Non-EU businesses: no VAT. EU individuals: local VAT rate added at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
For products: 14-day trial, then monthly/annual subscriptions (cancel anytime, no refund on partial months). For services: Diagnostics are non-refundable once started. Fixed-scope projects have milestone-based payments (refund unused portion if we don't deliver). Day-rate work is billed for days worked, no refunds.
