Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NonnoTech website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
NonnoTech provides cloud-based and on-premise enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, including but not limited to: point of sale, finance, procurement, warehouse management, manufacturing, HR & payroll, DMS, and CRM modules. Service availability, features, and pricing are subject to the specific plan and agreement between NonnoTech and the customer.
2. Accounts & Access
To access certain services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use our services for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with the proper functioning of our services • Reverse engineer or decompile our software • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
4. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials provided through our services are owned by NonnoTech or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services as agreed. Your data remains yours. We do not claim ownership of data you input into our systems.
5. Payment & Billing
Paid services are billed according to the pricing plan selected. Prices are in EUR and do not include applicable taxes unless stated. You agree to pay all fees on time. Late payments may result in service suspension after written notice.
6. Service Level & Support
We aim for 99.9% uptime for our cloud services. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance. Support is provided according to your service plan. Enterprise customers receive dedicated support channels.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NonnoTech's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. We may suspend access immediately for material breach of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Belgrade, Serbia.
